Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support, troubleshooting and resolve issues raised by users and swiftly provide a workaround/resolution within the agreed SLA.
  • Provide monitoring support, escalation and other assistance esp. when high-severity incidents occur.
  • Coordinate with other technical teams (service & infrastructure teams, software development, and 3rd-party vendors) in escalation, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Work in a shift-based environment (weekdays and weekends).
  • Proactively maintain a strong working knowledge of supported systems by following procedures, policies and processes defined.
  • Provide additional support on tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualification: 
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information System, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years work experience in technology service desk, or related fields.
  • Passionate technology and applications, willing to learn, and quickly grasp and adapt to new technology and change, as well as willing to provide support services to internal users and communicate with different teams.
  • Knowledge in system and application monitoring tools like Prometheus, Nagios, Zabbix and other related tools.
  • Ability to work long hours on shift-based schedule during weekdays and weekends.
