Job responsibilities
- Monitor and control schedules of shipment to meet on time customer expectation.
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including set up and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution.
- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the overall process and good systems.
- Work closely with Business development and sales team to make sure activities remain compliant.
- Oversee delivery schedule, materials and inventory management.
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to management.
- Ability to deal with overseas & training abroad
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of Business Management or related field
- Over 5 years’ experience in operations management and passion in furniture business
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Have experiences in working with forwarding agent, logistics and knowledge of incoterm
- Willing to work in startup environment
- Hands on, experiential and personalized learning
- Can work under pressure
- Available for overseas training
- Good command of English and PC skill

Salary: Up to 50,000K
