JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Operations & Business Development Manager (Clinical Services) to join our team! You will be responsible for our clinic network development and operations, developing new strategies and bringing in new solutions to the project.

We are expecting you to have a strong understanding of primary care and preventive care trends and a deep insight to operations and business development

• Responsible for P&L of B.GRIMM Healthcare’s Infrastructure Pillar ranging from Primary and Preventive Care Clinics and other specialty medical facilities including budgeting, reporting, process enablers, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify new business opportunities aligned with B.GRIMM Healthcare mission, values, and overall strategies includingto define new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
• Develop strategies, lead and implement end-to-end business expansion from origination to commissioning in order to bring the project to successful commercial operation and meet mid-term and long-term growth plan
• Identify and lead improvement initiatives for overall current workflows and operations including IT systems and databases used and applied with principle medical law
• Strengthen and develop positive relationships and networking with key stakeholders, partners, and prospective clients
• Prepare analytical and performance reports as required for management and Board purposes
• Contribute to the effectiveness of the team by reflecting on own and team activities and making suggestions on ways to improve and enhance the team’s performance and services expansion
• This position will report directly to President of B.GRIMM Healthcare Business and Medical Director will report to this position

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree of Medicine or Healthcare related fields with MBA is preferable
• A min of 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry with the age >= 40 years old
• Significant experience in managing Healthcare related business and leading a clinical services team to provide line management responsibility for all components within designated Services, undertaking recruitment, appraisal, disciplinary, grievance etc., as required.
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking with a strong analytical mindset
