Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Sortation Supervisor to responsible for Project Management Operations. The responsibilities of the PMO Supervisor will include managing the day-to-day activities in the ground operations, initiating and developing on projects and process improvements, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs, including data management and analysis.

Core responsibilities :

• Planning project management, setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team member.
• Drafting new and improving existing project management and processes.
• Continue evaluating projects to ensure scopes, budgets, and deadlines as per targeted.
• Collaborating with functional leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and processes.

Data Management :

• Audit data on a regular basis and ensure data integrity.
• Manage the regular report running schedule and process.
• Develop process improvements for data management activities.
• Generate data reports on periodic basis for management

Requirements

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

•  Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
•  A minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry.
•  A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory position.
•  Strong leadership and coaching skills.
•  Good written and verbal communication skills.
•  Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
