We are looking for an active Operations Agent to work closely with clients and be able to provide support for client bookings through our system. Good career development opportunity.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- To ensure that all reservations have been processed correctly
- Take responsibility for the reconfirmation of all bookings with the hotel or supplier before the arrival date.
- To provide exceptional customer service and necessary support to clients via phone, email and/or chat program to complete bookings or to find a solution according to the client’s requirement or issue.
- To make sure that all tasks and/or issues that arise are dealt with and solved according to agreed SLAs to maintain client satisfaction.
- To keep clients up to date with any pending issues and to ensure that their case is being dealt with in accordance with the terms set out by THE COMPANY.
- Perform and process services for THE COMPANY’s clients with utmost care and understanding of the circumstances or situation that the client is facing.
- To investigate with the hotel or supplier for any incident or complaints by guests/customers and find the best solution for the client.
- To work with the Head of Operations/Customer Service to make sure the business runs along smoothly and that all processes are adhered to.
- To create a report according to the requirements of the Head of Operations/Customer Service and report it at the start and end of every week/month/quarter.
- Communicating with other employees and team members in a collaborative manner.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of your field and use that insight to make decisions that positively impact the Operations/Customer Service of THE COMPANY.
Job Requirements
- Age 25-35
- Able to communicate/read/write in English or Mandarin fluently
- Able to work as shift (day & night)
- Able to use MSOffice & quick to learn the systems and processes of the company
- Able to work independently adhering to the company's guidelines
- Quick at finding solutions for clients
- Provide service for the client by putting clients at the forefront of your mind and handling all issues with patience and care
- Experience in the industry is an added advantage
