Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for overall Commercial Retail day-to-day operations.
- Overseeing building operations, maintenance, security systems, admin, technical site staff for the efficient running of the facilities.
- Taking care of the buildings, facilities and structures.
- Setting up and preparing an inventory control system and overseeing building asset registration.
- Preparing and controlling financial budget.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields.
- Aged between 35-45 years old.
- At least 10 years of experience in operations and facility management.
- Experience in facility management in retail or property management businesses.
- Good command of English.
