Job Description

Responsibilities

-       Be Responsible of the “Net Promote Score” (NPS) of Online business

-       Set up surveys (like NPS) to collect data on the customer satisfaction

-       Analyze the data to list the pain points of the customers in term of experience on the website, assortment, promotions, quality of the products, delivery, etc.

-       Build action plans with the different teams to improve the customer satisfaction

-       Follow up the actions

-       Report the performance

Qualifications Required

-       Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

-       Experience 5 years in food/retail business, 3+ years in E-commerce

-       People management and strong leadership

-       Project management skill with innovation thinking

-       Great communications skills

-       Strong analytical skill

-       Language Thai/ fluent in English

-       Be able to work at central chaengwattana
