Online Business Lead

Type: Contract 6 months 

Location: Nuanchan

Qualifications:

• FMCG/Grocery Retail Background is a MUST
• Minimum 5 years of experience working on Thai Commerce Platforms
• Act as the bridge between technology and business teams, reporting to client business process owner (Head of Online)
• Work on behalf of the client to define overall commerce solution from business perspective including business process
• Work with IT teams as business lead to guide technology solution and requirements
• Assess overall change impact (people, process, technology) from ‘as is’ to ‘to be’ technology design and create 1 page change plan, identifying business initiatives to be completed to get ready for and make technology success
• Able to provide an opinion on commerce and ideally in context of retail in Thailand
• Understanding of commerce strategies, technology platforms, loyalty and data required and ideally specific to retail industry
• Fluent in Thai and English language (oral and written)
