Job Description

Salary 40,000 - 50,000 baht

Qualifications :
  • Male or Female
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Proficiency in English is a must
Mandatory Work
  • Planning
    • Determine the office work plan according to the program objectives and KPIs;
    • Develop annual activity calendar on teaching and learning and office operating tasks;
    • Monitor and ensure succesful completion of annual operations as planned in annual calendar;
  • Administration
    • Act as head of office operations in charge of the overall office administration;
    • Monitor office operation performances and ensure policy, procedures and protocols are followed effectively and efficiently with the same standard;
    • Collect and analyse data as supporting information for management decision making;
    • Coordinate with the instructors and any concerned parties in accordance with the program operations;
    • Manage preparation and documentation of bi-monthly board meetings;
    • Manage and keep program manuals for operations, students and faculty up to date;
    • Monitor and verify financial documentation and payments for procurement and teaching fees;
  • Human Resources Management
    • Plan office manpower in terms of quantity and qualification to suit office's requirements, mission and strategy;
    • Assign tasks to subordinates, follow up and assess the outcome, and evaluate staff's performances;
    • Prepare contract of employment for foreign instructors;
    • Coordinate and communicate with the instructors on class-related matters including rules and regulations;"
  • International Affairs
    • Manage operations and coordination with international relations manager, international partners and international students;
    • Coordinate exchange efforts for students including registration, grading, accommodation and welfare with international partners;
  • Academic Affairs
    • Manage collection of updated course syllabi from instructors every semester;
    • Coordinate summer activities with course coordinators and instructors;
    • Summarise outcome of all summer projects and extra-curricular activities;
    • Manage annual admissions operations with external parties, staff and instructors;
