- Performing network operations, network architecture design, network configuration, and network installations.
- Performing firewall management and work on other network security equipment, including analyzing all incidents and problems.
- Being familiar with security products like Firewall, IDS/IPS, and VPN, etc.
- Being familiar with virtualization products like VMWare and Hyper-V, etc.
- Collecting informative historical data for capacity planning and problem prevention.
- Being responsible for maintaining system availability according to IT standards, including compliance with network security policy.
- Supporting day-to-day operations, and incident and change management.
- Monitoring network systems and network health status (performance, availability, and reliability).
- Ensuring compliance with security policy for both internal and external audits.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information System, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in IT network engineering and IT consulting services.
- Proven/successful experience with digital solutions (Analytics, Cloud, Apps, Security, Workplace, IoT, Managed Services) in leading Thai and global firms operating in Thailand.
- Work experience in Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Automotive, Insurance, or the Healthcare industry.
- A strong understanding of digital services/solutions across Cloud, Analytics, Cloud Applications, Managed Services, and Agile.
- Respected, reputable, trusted across banking clients and strategic/solution partners including Microsoft, AWS, Dell-EMC, HPE, HPI, and SAP.
- Able to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Able to manage LAN/WAN with good background knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP networking protocols and network security.
- Familiar with Cisco Nexus, Fortinet, F5 Networks will be an advantage.
- CCNA, CCDA, CCDP knowledge will be an advantage.
- Positive thinking with a service-mind.
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiar in IT Service Management, analytical and project management skills, and working to deadlines.
