Summary

acts as a support function for all field activity and ensures that the field forces are routed and loaded properly to maximize utilization and productivity. The Dispatch job role works closely with multiple field-based job roles and schedules or adjusts work assignments for field personnel. Dispatch personnel assign and expedite work orders and the other field-based job roles then perform the actual tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Work Order Management
• Follow up with field personnel to ensure ontime completion of work orders
• Work Order escalation and investigation
• Manage & secure physical site access
• Enforce Site Security Instructions
• Spare part coordination
• Escalate to obtain necessary spares
• Site Information Management
• Customer Incident Management Track and Manage Customer Incidents

Education:

• University Diploma/ degree in Business or Engineering / ICT

Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience within the Telecom Industry
• Experience in NOC
• Experience in Managed Service and Network Roll-out services
• Ability to work in stressful environment
• High Focus on delivering on commitment
• Good Communication skills
