- Perform troubleshooting analysis of network equipment

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering/Information Technology related field of study with a network engineering focus. - Good Knowledge Firewall,Network,LAN,WAN,Wireless - Good Knowledge in product such as Cisco,Palo-Alto,Fortinet - Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
- Analyses and Troubleshooting customer problem
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking sush as routing,Switching,QoS and security.
- Basic Operating System such as Linux,Windows Server
- In-depth product knowledge network security in Firewall,Antivirus,IDS/IPS,VPN and
wireless security
- High sense of responsibility- Open-minded and flexible characteristics
