Provide information, support, coordinate, follow up work and support sales marketing under the responsibility.
Key in all Daily Transactions and Opening account.
Verify documents are accurate such as Internet online application forms and changing information forms.
Phone information services and coordinate with related department to solve the problems for Customer, Selling Agents and marketing under the responsibility.
Follow up all incomplete documents in order to and send to Registrar Department.
Manage and separate Investment Certificate by hand to Selling Agents and Marketing.
Comply list of summaries forms, scan and reply e-mail to Selling Agents.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 1 years’ experience in customer service. New grads are also welcome.
