Job Description

Role & Responsibility 
  • Lead all market level Administration staffs (central and local) to manage and support all Technical Training Administration services.
  • Provide the regional support on all LMS system operations, and issue resolution.
  • Provide the regional support on Train the Trainer requirement, schedule and administration.
  • Provide the regional support on Technical Training Plan development and completion
  • Provide the regional support on Technical Training curriculum transition and implementation
  • Interact with the Global Admin. operation team in the regional as the IMG vocal point on all LMS needs.
  • Interact with all Global LMS team for new platform/functionalities test, requirement, provide feedback toward implementation, improvement and enhancement for regional usage.
  • Train market level administration teams or corporate team on implementation, dealership enquiries and all system and job functionalities.
  • Review and ensure the dissemination of metrics and reports to all stakeholders accurately and in a timely basis.
  • Develop and implement Admin Standard Operating Procedures and ensure governance and quality assurance processes are implemented and maintained.
  • Develop ad hoc metrics and reports to support training performance measurement as required by management.


  • Male or Female, 35 up
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related and more
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing
