Our team supports profitable growth in line with strategic expectations for Asia MCM Motor business, and we are looking for people to lead our Motor Pricing and Product Development team as Motor Pricing Manager. The team’s primary function is to drive the right decisions in pricing for a range of motor products through data analysis and modelling.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading a team of junior Analysts
• Overseeing the build and implementation of a variety of Pricing models and programs
• Overseeing the motor pricing related projects across the four countries of the Asia MCM
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to help steer the direction of the Pricing function
• Partner closely with global and regional teams to implement advanced pricing and analytics programs
• Adapt concept of Data science, AI and Machine Learning techniques for pricing sophistication
• Monitoring Optimization performance and impact
• Analyze and monitor competitor pricing activities to maximize profit and growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of experience in Motor Pricing or related positions
• Bachelors in analytics, actuarial, mathematics, economics or similar field require; MBA and/or Actuarial designation preferred
• Strong technical pricing and analytics skills
• Proven ability to work as part of a team; fostering positive relationships and providing mutual support and guidance.
• Strong people skills and demonstrable track record of leading teams
• Ability to present to and influence senior decision makers
• An understanding of Emblem, Radar, R, Python and Earnix (Advantageous)
• Ability to explain complex analysis in plain English, avoiding the use of jargon and acronyms and able to communicate the material financial implications of modelling and analysis decisions
