MIS - Customer Insight Analyst (Business & Data Analytics)

Job Description:

• Create aplatform for better understandingon customers’ experience and ensure the connection across channels, using data analytic toolssuch as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Develop both fundamental and advance analytic models to turn insight to actions.
• Evaluate and monitor meaningful customer insights which lead to recommendation for relevance teams.
• Be project member of key analytic projects arise in organization
• Set up the foundation for insight / data driven organization

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in MBA, Economics, MIS or Statistic in any related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Statistics, MIS, Economics, Marketing or in any related field
• At least 1 year experience in Business analysis, data analysis, market analysis  or background in database insights consumer
• Strong analytical skill and creative thinking
• Determined and enthusiastic with excellent customer focus
