Manage People and Self Responsibilities

-To support Project Team Member (PTM) to achieve the goal of P1 and P0 Project Launch Team

-To monitor/ coach the Method/ process PTM to not delay the project

- Self develop the Engineering team technical and management skill to be competitive in the same business

-To participate in Employee Engagement Survey

- To be trained in mandatory courses following Valeo training policy

Maintain Standard

- To involve in safety training for management and deploy its policy to the people

- To ensure safety (accident and incident) for new equipment and machine since project kick off

until handover to APU Assembly Production (Zero accident during the project work)

- To support VPS activities and to be trained what is required follow Valeo’ s Strategy

- To manage 5S activities in there own APU responsible area to be in expect level of company - To participate in QRQC in APZ Level and contribute to the result

- To request IAR for approval to Project Manager for the local preparation that concern to New Project Launch

- To ensure the performance of the new equipment through FDPR, KOSU, Ct, target

- To support and analyze in APU QRQC Level (if there some request by N+1)

- To manage/ control expense budget of department to meet the target plan

- To manage all operators to work and strong follow the WI (Work Instruction) and inspection standard

- To support ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 , ISO9001 responsibilities 

- Follow compliance with ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001 including quality system
- Save nature resources , energy and paper & Obey the EHS laws and related requirements
- Follow the company policy as well as joining or supporting the activities of the company such as ISO, 5S., Kaizen etc.

Manage Continuous Improvement

- To deploy and engage the engineering team to apply VPS tools to attack the losses (MUDA)

- To support to solve all concern issue relate to internal and external customer audit
