Job Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic merchandising manager to join their team. This role will oversee the merchandising department - buyers, merchandisers, and staffs.

  • Manage the merchandising functions to meet concepts and outlet unit goals for sales and profits and through the effective planning of the activities of the Merchandising department
  • Analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly sales performance and implementation of merchandising action plan
  • Review, plan and manage product market analysis, trends, assortment styles (selection and buying) for all seasons to maximize sales
  • Identify and maximize fast-selling items, slow-selling merchandise and action plan i.e. timely markdown according to Product Life Cycle and Aged Stock
  • To review, improve and implement effective Merchandising related SOP
  • Analyze reports on both concept and retail
  • Develop VM report for concept and outlet


  • Minimum 8 years' experience in merchandising function, preferably in retail setting
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of retail math
  • Able to work in a fast pace and multi-tasking environment
