The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will ensure all maintenance activities such as machine breakdown, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance are well prepared and maintained with outstanding follow up for reliable machine and keep performance target. S/he must support all Plant activities such as safety standard and compliance, plant monitoring and improvement, 5S and all ISO standard compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain reliability of machine and minimize breakdown.
• Plan Notification, manage and follow work order.
• Purchase and control spare part and minimize maintenance cost.
• Fix the problem, train and advise mechanic to fix the problem and suggest the prevention in the future.
• Support Production and other relevant department to running business.
• Report and write MOC and revise all Drawing that concern for modification job.
• Ensure and control all mechanics and contractors to do the job by safety regulation such as approve all concern Work Permit.
• Review document ISO9000, 14000, GMP and HACCP for update and review every year.
• Analyze machine break down and make RCA (Root Cause Analysis) suggest how to prevent them.
• Improve machine performance by find new technology.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma.
• Plan program for develop Mechanics analyze problem and fix it by themselves.
• Develop Mechanic to understand new technology or knowledge.
• Motivate team understand our target and bring team to Goal.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years' of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Heavy equipment would be advantage.
• Work hard and positive attitude
• Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
• Good communication skills and ability to effect change through persuasion.
