Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily operations and management of sellers, including monitoring KPIs, sales and promotions and solving operational issues
  • Methodically group and manage sellers and provide appropriate sales and operational plan according to each seller’s characteristics
  • Identify common issues faced by sellers through data analysis and seek and provide workable solutions to help sellers grow
  • Communicate effectively with sellers on platform rules, promotions, customer insights and company / category strategies
  • Monitor and mentor sellers, their promotional campaigns, and their product selections; give actionable customer feedback and relate customer needs to help sellers grow their businesses
  • Define and execute tasks based on broader strategy set by management to ensure KPIs are met

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; 1-3 years of experience or more in retail, eCommerce, or category management is required
  • Familiar with marketplace platform model; ability to encourage sellers to reach sales target and other KPIs
  • Excellent execution skills; strong communication skills; outgoing personality and proactive in reaching out to others
  • Strong market analysis skills and ability to clearly analyze operational data, draw conclusion and devise actionable plan for sellers is preferred
  • Quick learner with strong professional ethics and can do attitude; proactive in solving problems; ability to work under high pressure
  • Excellent business English skill both written and spoken
  • Familiar with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
