Job Description

As a partner with Google Thailand, dFusion is now recruiting a Marketing Specialist position to work at Google Thailand office as a contract position

As a Marketing specialist for Google, you will be a fully dedicated marketer, shaping the future of many Google business products (Google Ads, YouTube ads, Display ads, Analytics).  From determining positioning, competitive analysis, prioritization and impact measurement, you help shape the product marketing strategy and help it grow a loyal consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across marketing, sales, corporate communications, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with marketing strategy and execution from beginning to end.

The Ads Marketing (Large Customers) team’s core focus is to inspire and educate digital marketers across Thailand with industry leading market insights, shape Google’s B2B content strategy and communicate via scalable marketing channels.  As a Marketing Specialist, you are at the forefront of shaping Google’s thought leadership in digital marketing and be a key enabler for the sales organization in driving advertising business from the top advertisers and agencies in Thailand.


  • Drive innovative marketing strategies and plans to support large advertisers and agencies education, engagement and Google Ads solutions adoption
  • Ideate, develop and execute scalable marketing initiatives to enable practitioners with Google Ads solutions
  • Develop sales materials, messaging and case studies that position the strengths of Google Ads solutions
  • Manage events and education programs that bring together advertisers and agencies in Thailand, and analyze the performance of these programs
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and cross-functional collaboration

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record 
  • 2+ years of experience in brand/product marketing or consumer strategy with technology companies, research agencies and/or management consulting firms
  • Strong analytical capability, experience with analytical tasks, and driving insight
  • Solid project management skills, and able to lead and manage multiple projects independently
  • Fluent in written & spoken Thai and English (role is based in Thailand) 
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for building and resilience under duress

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding and experience in Search and online marketing
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Structured and proactive, eye for constant innovation and improvement
  • Exceptional Spreadsheets and PowerPoint skills
