Job Description

  • Manage teams of more than 10 people to ensure operation efficiency, accuracy and provide with creative solutions

  • Set up and manage SOP to ensure operation efficiency for marketing operation teams, including promotions and communication teams.

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal parties to run daily operations and solve problems, while provide short-term and long-term solutions


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields

  • Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills

  • Detail-oriented, dedicated

  • Able to communicate in English

  • Good knowledge of e-commerce and e-wallet platform (Shopee and AirPay is a plus)

  • Able to work under pressure with flexibility and able to work during weekends on any urgent cases

  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities

  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel skills and similar software is required

  • Experience in being team lead with more than 3 members is a plus

  • At least 2 year experience in marketing, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus
