Responsibilities

• Initiate digital marketing strategy to achieve goals. Implement, monitor, flexibly adjust the plan to achieve KPIs
• Develop digital media strategy, manage, and oversee various digital marketing channels and all the company's social media accounts, Facebook, Line, Instagram, YouTube, and Influencers
• Create content marketing strategy. Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
• Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget effectively
• Working closely with Business Development team, Production team, Sales Team, and other related departments and agencies to ensure executions of marketing activities for new product launches, re-promotion, special activities, social media campaigns, and RDBOX products are well communicated at all touch point
• Carrying out market research to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
• Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
• Supervising advertising, product design, production management and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
• Lead, supervise and motivate team members of the marketing team
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

• Male or female, Thai nationality
• Age between 30 – 35 years old
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with digital technology and software such as PS and AI
• Knowledge of digital marketing
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Comfort with CRM software
• In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts
• A willingness to listen
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
• Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
