Reporting to  :  Senior Marketing Manager

Key accountabilities:

PRODUCT

• Develop the launches and push growth of pillar products, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.
• Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
• Responsible of all the communication material / tools to support the sales / marketing objectives with cost effectiveness.
• Negotiate marketing cost price, overall stock merchandise, agree timescales and delivery date, whilst ensuring all required paperwork has been correctly completed.
• Sending regular motivational circulars to the field staff & business partners.
• Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy
• Responsible of marketing and PR communication strategy including social media and e-commerce platforms

CRM

• Analyze the customer profile before campaign.
• Segment the customer and set campaign KPI target.  
• Coordinate different MKT and Sales functions to execute the campaign delivery.  
• Track the campaign result and make campaign report.
• Design and produce the VIP communication tools with the help of agency such as SMS, EMS.
• Monitor on CRM report including GWP, birthday gift, welcome gift, store/outside activation and sampling.
• Manage and delivery the all the privilege gifts, and communication channel to the customers.  
• Sourcing and negotiate co-marketing project with other brands and partners.

Qualification:

• Female ,Thai nationality age over 30 years old.
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Management, Communication Arts, or other related fields.
• Over 4 years working experience in relevant field would be highly considered. Fresh graduate is welcome
• Good command spoken and written in English.
