Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop, implement and measure a holistic mobile app marketing strategy and the effectiveness of mobile app acquisition and activation plans to drive adoption and engagement of a Corporate Mobile App by focusing on growing Big C mobile app user base through paid and owned channels and tactics.
  • Manage mobile app trade campaign execution, increase app awareness, drive funnel efficiency, create and optimising campaigns, analyse traffic data and solve problems, as well as deliver mobile app marketing ROI
  • Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyse key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment.
  • Leverage customer and competitor data to identify app user insights and make recommendations on new/additional target audience segments to establish marketing channel priorities.
  • Build, develop and manage relationship with brand suppliers, advertising agencies and multiple top mobile ad networks (e.g. Google, Facebook, Line, etc).
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams including corporate CRM marketing, trade marketing, digital marketing, mobile app product management, financial services, and technical to manage simultaneous app campaigns and activities.
  • Stay on top of the latest industry developments in mobile and mobile marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years in building, managing, optimizing, reporting and analyzing marketing campaigns and must have Mobile App marketing experience and B2C paid advertising at least 2 years with strong Google Analytics and any other traffic and online sales conversion skills
  • Proven track record of delivering app downloads, registrations, activation growth and optimisation across key metrics.
  • Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Sense of urgency; ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.
  • Solid project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
