Responsibilities:

• Assist business units to drive and streamline product marketing plans/activities, and work closely with Product Managers and principal vendors to achieve marketing objectives
• Plan and implement integrated marketing communications programs that synergism and maximize corporate exposure across the various key initiatives and at the corporate level
• Manage and improve marketing processes by driving marketing consistency through all outbound channels and internal workflow
• Strategist and provide directions on the corporate communications plans and policies to enhance corporate positioning and branding
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Determine and manage the marketing budget
• Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
• Manage and upkeep corporate information – website, portals, profile, portfolio etc.
• Management of corporate databases, marketing funds and resources
• Assist the Managing Director in implementing the company ‘s expansion program
• Lead a team of marketing staff and be responsible for efficient execution of all marketing activities
• Other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in BA/Marketing
• Min. 3 years’ experience in IT marketing or similar industries
• Possess good communication skills
• Creative, result-oriented and organised
• Matured with ability to lead a team of staff
