Successful candidate will be a member of management team. He/ She will be responsible for all marketing aspects of Physique 57 Bangkok including: deep client insight and
database segmentation; development and execution of short term and long term marketing strategy; sales driving marketing programs and analysis; brands management; public relations, celebrity relations and social media strategy; marketing/promotional event
planning and execution; development and maintenance of partnerships.
Marketing Director will serve as the “keeper of the brand” with responsibility to maximize a highly successful fitness business in existing and new markets and categories. Additionally,
with brand enhancement as the primary goal, the Marketing Director will direct the creation and positioning of all Physique 57 offerings that is aligned with the Co-Founders’ corporate vision.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Brand Management and Enhancement
Develop short-term and long-term marketing strategy
Develop and enforce brand identity guidelines across all areas of the company and direct look and feel of all studios including signage, emails and collateral.
Maintain a deep understanding of Physique 57’s product, heritage and consumer.
Evolve, innovate and differentiate the Physique 57 brand vis-à-vis competition
Secure synergistic relationships with strategic partners to enhance brand, grow client base and increase revenues.
Develop and execute the marketing plan for Physique 57 across all business areas including New York and Los Angeles studios and media properties, online
Define and plan long term brand and marketing strategies as well as manage and execute day-to-day tactical objectives
Manage annual marketing budgets to deliver maximum revenue and ROI
Drive positioning, pricing and promotional strategy for Physique 57 products (studio, classes, workshops, DVDs, book, streaming, online and studio boutiques)
Create comprehensive marketing calendar and partner with department heads to execute and report results on a monthly basis
Direct creation of collateral, signage, direct mail, events and promotions.
Oversee marketing and merchandising for Physique Boutiques - online and in studio
Regularly analyze, monitor and inform Senior Management of competitive trends
Manage and analyse client database.
Manage team comprise of graphic design, web hosting and printing.
Drive strategy and execution for social media, website, email marketing and blog
Measure impact of campaigns and adjust them timely in accordance to data analysis
Liaise with Web Hosting and design partners to ensure optimization of client experience
Drive public relations strategy for media, celebrities and social media to develop and optimize coverage and relationships for the Physique 57 brand
