Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support and Maintain the custom Automation process/machine.
- Develop the automation to support manufacturing, assembly and also automated testing.
- Lead the automation project to improve productivity & efficiency in manufacturing and testing process.
- Coordinate with supplier for Automation’s fabrication.
- Standardize design, procurement and parts for automations e.g. PLC, HMI, Sensor, etc.
- Maintenance and manage spare parts
- Coordinate with other global facilities for Global Automation Engineering Council.
- Support quote and provide automation solutions and technical to team and customer.
- Others.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of Engineering in related field.
- >2 years experiences in automation and robot.
- Good English communication.
- Experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Programming language: such as Python, LabView, VB, C/C++
- Knowledge of microcontroller, Embedded design and programming (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.)
- Knowledge of IoT and experience in applications.
- Knowledge or Experience in vision inspection and image processing will be advantage.
- Interesting in automation and robot technology
- Good Attitude
