Job Description

The Manager, Sort Analyst is responsible for Sort operation, payment and profit & loss analysis, analyzing for improvement or problem solving.


  • Maintain confidential information and enable user data protection.
  • Run and investigate productivity for Sort operation
  • Ensure all compliance responsibilities and reporting are met timely and accurately.
  • Ensure that all work being done is compliant with company policies and guidelines.
  • Help the team to identify if all areas are aligned and raise issues or areas for development.
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
  • Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  • At least 5 years experiences in business analysis. Experience in large data processing is preferred.
  • Possess high analytical skills.
  • Able to work under high pressure in fast-changing environment.
  • Good English communication.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) with advance skills in Excel.
