• Be a role model full-stack and quality-driven developer who advice best development practices and delivers best quality products for customers
• Lead project development, delivery, planning, quality control and customer management
• Cultivate an Agile software development team with processes that drive high performance and collaboration
• Ensure quality of software by practicing test-driven development, unit testing, pair programming and code reviews

Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS / IT / Business Administration or related fields
• Hands-on Java software development manager with 7-10 years’ experience
• Hands-on software development in the cloud with containers: any of AWS, Azure, GCP
• Hands-on experience in modern software development technologies below
  • Any of Containers and Orchestration tools- Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift
  • Centralized Logging and Monitoring - ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana)
  • Any of Message Queueing tools - Kafka, RabbitMQ
  • Any of CI/CD - Jenkins, Gitlab, GitHub pipelines
  • Any of SQL and NoSQL Databases
  • Any of Application Monitoring tools (APM) - New Relic
  • Programming languages - Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, Angular JS
