Job Description

Job Description:
  • Manage Promotion and Campaign to sales team in term of boosting productivity and target achievement.
  • Coordinate with P&E on sales promotion from end-to-end ie from campaign card preparation, announcement, communication, monitoring and report tracking.
  • Plan the resources, implement, monitor and improve regular Bancassurance motivational program including activities and events both internal and external to deliver agreed result especially LB engagement and productivity, on time and within budget
  • Initiate concept, theme and condition of special / specific initiatives or events. Work cross functions with Marketing, P&E and sales team in the field to ensure full support from all parties and the success of the implementation.
  • Create effective promotional materials and tools for activities/events. Manage and negotiate with vendor to deliver to specifications, on time and within budget.
  • Manage procurement processes from bancassurance perspective with company procurement team; manage to ensure purchase requisitions of office equipment’s, sales tools are proceed within a timely basis to support branch roll out, logistics and supplies
  • Coordinating with IT, BRM and procurement in taking care of office equipment’s; computer hardware and software for BSO who work in KTB branches to be in good condition and ready to use all the time. For example; moving the equipment, voice cabling set up, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales environment and same nature of work
  • At least 2 years of experience in team management
  • Good computer literacy
  • Good knowledge in Marketing
  • Good knowledge in Life Insurance Business
  • Ability to work individually and meet deadlines
  • Team player works in collaboration with colleagues
  • Self motivated with initiative, achievement oriented and adaptability
  • Excellent and effective communication, presentation skills
