Responsibilities

People Cost Budgeting, Controlling, and Reporting

• Coordinate with HR and other functions for budget planning and forecasting, focusing on HC and People Cost
• Provide recommendations to the business functions regarding People Cost budget planning and forecasting processes
• Coordinate with business functions to forecast People Cost with anticipated risk and proposed solutions
• Oversee overall People Cost for Pandora Production Thailand
• Monitor major People Cost from business functions; provide feedback and suggestion for improvement
• Provide decision support and financial simulations for the business functions regarding People Cost
• Prepare routine and ad-hoc People Cost reports with business insights and support management review

Qualification

• Bachelor degree required in Finance or Accounting
• 5 years in related experience
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Technical skills in Business finance, business planning,
• Business and commercial understanding
• Strong analytical insight and ability to link operational to financial performance
• Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
• Strong communication in both Thai and English (including presentation skill)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
