You will be responsible for:
- Directly responsible for all restaurants, culinary and catering areas, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
- Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our employees by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
- Develop and enforce standards, policies and procedures in the food service, restaurants and beverage areas. Develop, monitor and take corrective action of annual operating budget
- Attain high sanitation standards throughout the Food and Beverage operation by enforcing Amari Brand Audit Standard
- Support Managers with an effective training program to make them aware of the expectations and responsibilities that their position entails.
- Identify and solve problems in a timely fashion.
- Delegate authority and responsibility to Managers in a way that the entire Food and Beverage operation runs smoothly.
- Appraise Managers/Employees performance and effective coaching and counseling for positive improvement.
- To ensure the awareness and enforcement of all Amari P&P’s and Property Standard
- Enforce the Amari Brand Audit checklist by having all Restaurant inspected on a monthly basis. Sanitation and safety, Guest walkouts and short checks.
- Ensure that all legal aspects are being fulfilled in regards, Control of liquor, beer and wine
- Ensure all Managers and Employees follow all job safety regulations and all hazards are reported to Security and Engineering
- To ensure that departments are responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
- To ensure that departments conduct a maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
- To respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.
- Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.
The successful candidate has:
- 28-45 Years of Age
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in similar role
- Strong Leadership Skills, Revenue driven and People oriented in Food & Beverage Department
- Thai Nationality only
