Manager, Experience Development
Key responsibilities and duties;
To assist and support Brand HQ – Experience Development in ensuring, developing and transmitting the brand’s culture initiatives under Experience Development to associates
and guests
- Responsible for developing, managing and engaging our Innovation Hub
- Enhancing brand pillars and USP of brands and individual properties Strengthening Banyan Tree service culture by developing, cultivating and embracing the mindset of experimentation and
continuous improvement
- Researching trends and consolidate data from other brand
- Work closely with key property champions (Especially with Innovation Team and Experience Manager/Champions)
- Creation of branding and the way to exposing through associates and guests
- Coordination and execution of initiatives carry out by Experience Development
Skills & Qualification;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to think creative and innovatively
- Basic training skills
- Analytical skill to identify trends and challenges
- Minimum 2 years work experiencing in a luxury hotel
- Experience in Marketing Communication
- Ability to multitask and engage with various parties are essential
- Proficient in MS Office; especially in PowerPoint or other design program
- Able to work in Phuket
