Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and implement new strategic and impactful projects to help sellers grow and take their business to new heights through online social community
  • Build ecosystem of social community - Be responsible for the whole content community operation and growth
  • Direct, motivate and manage members to grow through social community under the required theme and timeline
  • Develop the structure of different social groups across the user journey which includes timing, content, campaigns, and training
  • Develop plan, programs and strategies to increase the reach of communication and community engagement in social channels
  • Content management to drive customer, seller value, branding and communications
  • Manage and implement all organic social engagement campaigns across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube…)
  • Track execution and report up in regular updates, help build business cases around the opportunity.
  • Study members, partners, and competitors for best practice and development

 Minimum Qualification:

  • 3+ years’ experience in social media or online marketing management
  • Display professionalism, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and ownership
  • Ability to work in a team and individually under tight deadlines
  • Familiar with social behavior and content creation is preferred
  • Strong logic thinking and data analysis skills are required
