Job Propose
Identify new potential products with business plan and develop go-to-market to meet set revenue target
Responsibility
Develop and implement Business Plan and action to meet business targets on Device and VAS under mobile business e.g. revenue, market share
- Understand the competitive landscape with both a macro and micro lens in terms of market, customers, competitors, technology and geography
- Define our competitive strengths and weaknesses to drive differentiation and market awareness
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics
- Forecast market trends
- Study industry trend to identify market opportunity to recommend strategic move , propose new product / solution concept to Marketing and Segment proposition team
- Assess the dynamic, quick changing landscape of our businesses, analyze solutions, build the business case, influence stakeholders, and drive execution and change
- Develop a social media strategy using social media to achieve maximum communication
Design effective marketing plan to support Product Roadmap and Product Sale
- Identify strategic direction of product portfolio
- Help define future product roadmaps for Corporate customers
- Develop marketing mix of new potential product, pricing structure among supplier, distributor, reseller and end customers
- Create, manage and report on Marketing budget and expenditure
- Design Go-to-Market strategy of each product types and ensure coordinating with relate functions for selling; sale channel and marketing communication
- Maintain an accurate pipeline forecast with Vertical / Account Executive
Report on successful of all marketing communications & campaigns with effective use of data analytics
- Monitor success of marketing communication, marketing campaigns, event, seminar and report results to senior leaders
- Partner with sales team to evaluate and recommend most effective uses of CRM
- Make recommendations to alter marketing tactics and strategy to meet changing business and market needs
- In-depth analysis to Support Marketing team about insight information of customer portfolio & segmentation to take action on acquisition/X-Up Selling/Churn & Retention
Manage events and external marketing agencies / suppliers
- Oversee and assist as needed with planning and preparation for conferences, webinars and workshops
Job Qualification
- At least Bachelor degree in Marketing, or a related field;
- MBA preferred
Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years of Sale or Marketing management experience with clear career progression, especially in IT or Telco Device industry (B2B).
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies e.g. online tool and social media
- Strong marketing strategy experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English language
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in telecom operator in B2B is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
