General Description:
To manage Field sales team on accomplishment Revenue, Gross Profit and Sales System (Clouds)) as assigned by company each year.
Specific Accountability:
- To manage field sales team to comply sales system) Achieving target of 42 sales visit per months (New Customers).
- Exceed customer satisfaction by meeting/Exceeding established client satisfaction.
- To ensure sales team utilize Clouds System to update Weekly Planning Report for Sales Plan, Sales Visit Report, Sales Lead and Data quality in system.
- Managing recruiting, objective setting and performance monitoring of sales representative.
- Drive sales team to achieve target assigned revenue, GP and volume.
- Development of best practices for leading successful sales campaigns.
- To achieve DSO as company target settled.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- To achieve DSO as company target settled.
- Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
Skills Required:
- Good Management Skills to the people at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Openness to coaching and ability to learn quickly, Strong communicaiton ,presentaiton skills.
- ROI Analyst.
- Pipeline Management.
- Development of best practices for leading successful sales campaigns.

- Good Command in English
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding Business.
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
