Job Description

Job Purposes

Control even activities, including presenting ideas and formats or marketing activities and public relation to increase customer base, drive gross sales, and support the operations aligning with organization goal, objectives, and policy

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide support to set up plans and strategies for events and sales promotion to create alignment between the activities and organization image and goal
  • Control the operations of creating and designing events for promotion under responsibilities to align the operations with product image as planned
  • Control analysis of information related to sales promotion operations to improve and measure achievement
  • Participate in presenting and designing formats of events to create guideline of the events aligning with image and target group
  • Coordinate with relevant team and functions in events and public relation to ensure effective operations
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or related filed
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
  • Have strong understanding in marketing related to organization business
  • Have good English skills
  • Have computer skills
  • Have communication skills
  • Be able to coordinate

2. (2) Hardline, which focuses on electronics and home improvement under portfolio of retail banners, for example, Thai Watsadu, Baan and Beyond, Power Buy, and Nguyen Kim.
3. (3) Food, which focuses on groceries and items typically found in convenience stores under portfolio of retail banners, for example, Tops, Central Food Hall, FamilyMart, Big C Vietnam, and Lanchi Mart.

Each segment hosts a portfolio of retail banners under which Central Retail sells a wide range of merchandise, and each of its retail banners is distinguished based on a variety of characteristics. Certain of its key retail banners have been in operation for decades, such as Central Department Store, but Central Retail routinely introduces new banners and retire old banners as the retail landscape continues to evolve.
