Job description

• Leader of maintenance technician to perform safety measure and preventive, corrective maintenance
• Control and planning maintenance budget expense and investment
• Analysis and report the maintenance costs, machine down time, machine break down
• Planning , Order and monitor spare parts for machine and equipment to minimize breakdown time
• Control supplier's for preventive maintenance and machine installation
• Improve machine to increase machine productivity and reduce machine down time
• Responsible machine installation and maintenance of facility - utility system
• Jig design used in the manufacturing process

General qualification

• Bachelor's  degree in mechanical ,mechatronic ,electrical engineer, or any related field
• Male, Age 35 - 40  years ,Thai nationality only
• More than 8 years of experience in Plant facility, Utility, Calibration and Maintenance
• Familiar with local law and regulations, ISO9001 and IATF16949
• Knowledge computer skill such a AutoCAD ,PLC Mitsubishi and MS office
• Understanding Industrial engineering tools such as OEE , MTTR and MTBF
• Good command in English both written and spoken
• (※) More than 5 years of experience in Japanese company
