Job Description

• Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance in order to prevent breakdown.
• Diagnose failure,  breakdown problems and  RCFA ( Root cause failure analysis)
• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Coordinate with safety officer to improve health and safety policies/ procedure/ environment.(ISO 9001, 14001)
• Knowledge (HMI/PLC SIEMENS) and Electric system(TR/MDB/ACB) to ensure there is continuous cover of the machineryabout Boiler, Chiller, Cooling tower and Utility equipment in case of breakdown.
• Maintain statistical records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Create and maintain maintenance procedures.
• Manage, supervise and monitoring supplier regarding the work schedule, quality, safety and performance.
• Manage spare part stocks of supplies and equipments.
• Knowledge MTTR,  MTBF, NAI and OEE
• Knowledge calibration system and concept.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent)
• At least 3-5 year's experience as equipment maintenance engineer in manufacturing environment with high volume assembly operations.
• The capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures.
• The ability to lead and motivate others.
• Team working skillls to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels.
• Knowledge about Electrical and Mechanical Drawing.
• Can work Overtime, in non-working time in case of machine trouble or assigned by superior etc.
• The ability to negotiate with and persuade others.
• Good diagnostic and problem solving skill.
• Be confident to respond positively when under pressure.
• Kaizen/5S/ TPM/ OEE will be an advantage.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
