Dextra Manufacturing is looking for its Machine Design Manager that based at Pravet Factory.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the design of new equipment and the evolution of existing ones.
• Plan and direct all aspects of engineering activities related to equipment design.
• Convert specification and requirement into technical solutions considering cost, quality, and timing.
• Propose improvement and ensure the continued evolution of Dextra’s equipment.
• Perform detailed analytical and design studies.
• Lead and direct design engineers in full life cycle equipment development,
• Perform reviews of work packages completed by the design team.
• Manage engineering changes.
• Update and maintain accurate technical documentation: drawings, manual, Bill of Material.
• Ensure requirements, specifications, standards, and legislation are available to the design team and applied.
• Organize project and task workloads.
• Facilitate efficient and effective cross-discipline working (production, supply chain, after-sales…).
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Support continuous improvement of relevant systems and procedures.
• Recruit, develop, and lead by example.
• Ensure that the correct training programs are in place and development is tracked accordingly.
• Evaluate the performance of team members.
• Advise and instruct team members in the performance of their job responsibilities.
• Perform all other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in an engineering role (design and fabrication of industrial equipment).
• Experience working in a similar management role, leading technical teams toward successful product delivery
• Very good command of English
• Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in his/her field of specialization.
• Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party.
• Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
• Knowledge of Solidworks / Solidworks PDM / Solidworks FEA / Autocad 
• Knowledge if ERP such as AX for BOM management
• Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Hydraulic systems is preferrable
