M&A Analyst (Base Salary + Commission)

Aim

Financial analysis for Client Company, valuation of each deal, know well in the financial and legal structure for each deal, co-ordinated work with sale team until the deal is success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial analyst in term of M&A business.
• Valuation the business or company.
• Prepared the document that used in M&A process.
• Financial and legal consult to the client and support sale team for handle client.
• Consulting with the client to solve the financial problem.
• Ad-hoc work in scope of finance prefer by MD or Team Leader.
• Direct report to the MD and Project owner of each deal.

You can get a commission salary and commission bonus depending on your performance.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields.
• at least 1 year experience in Accounting firm.
• Communication skill, enjoy to meet new people and build up the trust.
• Thai nationality.
• Good command in English.
• Communication skill, Team work.
• Strong passion and ready to learn.
• Can work under pressure well.

Yusuke Okuno worked for KPMG as a CPA for over 13 years, providing Audit, M&A advisory services, any other accounting and tax services for both KPMG Tokyo and Taiwan.
