Job Description

1. Job specifications:          

Professional: (Describe the working experience, education, language and other skill or knowledge needed to perform this job)    

  •  Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical / electronic or related field
  •  At least 2-3 years professional sales experience in IT / Intralogistics related products
  •  Preferred with IT knowledge in hardware and software
  •  Fluency in Thai
  •  Able to conduct business discussions in English

2. General Duties

  •  Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects
  •  Researching and analyzing sales options for Logistics System products
  •  Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
  •  Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
  •  Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trend, market activities and competitors
  •  Prepares records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
  •  Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational training and workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
  •  Aiming to archive monthly and annual targets in defined categories
  •  Contribute to a sustainable success of Jungheinrich Thailand
  •  Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

3. Tasks in operating cycle:        

  •  Gathering information through various channels
  •  Organizing sales visits
  •  Correctly understanding customer requirements and provide professional consultancy
  •  Using IT expertise to explain product features and benefits to prospect customers
  •  Using dedicated tools to calculate prices and generate quotations
  •  Cooperate with various departments on preparing bids, proposals or other documents
  •  Understandand comply withinternalpoliciesand regulations
  •  Internal communication and coordination between departments / suppliers
  •  Actively participating in training
