Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 8 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): logistics, supply chain, lead or supervise a team
• Preferably with experience in the land transportation company

Job Description:

• Recruiting and selecting truckers and negotiate contracts and rates
• Planning and monitoring the deliveries. (Domestics, pre-carriage/on-carriage for export/import)
• Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
• Responding to any issues or complaints from trucker, client, and BSD team.
• Researching the ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
• Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations

Requirement：

• Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
• Excellent verbal and written English or Chinese communication skills
• Experience in the logistics trucking business will be an advantage
• Have good presentation and communication negotiation skills
• Efficiency, Time management, and organizational skills
• Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Being enthusiastic, ambitious, confident, responsible, and professional
