Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Product (Raw material and Finished good) supply chain management, warehouse management, warehouse in and out flow account management, transportation management, people management
• Be responsible for orders daily distribution management by managing logistics operations in various areas from dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles 
• Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
• Be responsible for team's organization and management.
• Direct activities of staff performing repairs and maintenance to equipment, vehicles, cooling system and facilities.
• Direct activities of tracking all vehicle registrations and insurances, and ensure all updated documents are in the vehicles (original) and a copy in the Logistics files.
• Oversees the operations of flow of goods, including management of shipping, warehouse, inventory, transportation, and custom declaration administration (export and import)
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Review all drivers’ monthly timesheets - overtime sheet and submit to HR
• Handle FDA Licenses process (contacting Department of Food and Drug Administration)
• Ensure to utilize the best options for Import-Export privilege under BOI policy.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
• Female/Male.
• A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the frozen bakery products or food business.
• Understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager.
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.

Working day: Monday to Friday 

Location: Soi Sukhumvit 38 Bangkok.
