Our client is an international healthcare company who were established in 2013. They are now searching for a suitable candidate to fill a Logistics and QC Executive role.

Job Descriptions:

• Dealing with 3 distributors and this position will take care of one of the distributors for Importation, PO issuing, inventory management, re-packing processing, etc.
• Importing goods from foreign countries with our forwarders.
• Checking the shipping documents, arranging the necessary documents, etc.
• Purchasing forecast, PO issue, and inventory management.
• Being responsible for re-packing coordination work.

Qualifications:

• Female, age not over 33 years, Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• 2-3 years’ experience for importation work with forwarders (cosmetics, food, personnel care or etc.), such as shipping document check, correspondence with forwarders, and customs.
• Experienced in Dealing with Distributors is a plus.
• Good command of English.
• Working at international companies such as Japanese companies.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel (Pivot/Vlookup).
