  • Logistics Management
  1. Plan and manage successful distribution to ensure customer satisfaction
  2. Keep track of regular routine to optimize transportation cost and transit time
  3. Primary resolve any arising daily business problems or complains
  4. Evaluate metrics to assess LSP performance and improvement
  5. Ensure all logistics activities adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements
  • Warehouse Management
  1. Liaise with cross functional to optimize and coordinate full direct order cycle
  2. Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries
  3. Organize warehouse operation, cycle count, and process shipping techniques
  4. Solid understanding of warehouse and inventory management system
  5. Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to laws, guidelines, and HSE requirements
  • Leadership Management
  1. Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce
  2. Evaluate budgets and expenditures
  3. Implement and maintain all operation according to internal/ external audit requirements
  4. Ad-hoc assignments
  • Any assign by manager.


Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in supply chain fields.

Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in supply chain fields

Languages: fluent in English

Hardware / Software Skills: computer savvy, SAP (especially ERP),  logistic and warehouse management

You will be responsible for looking after clients and hunting for new sales opportunities with clients based in Thailand  which you will be servicing from Rayong. This role is based in Rayong permanently and you will be expected to visit your clients within Thailand, you  may have to travel to Europe occasionally.

Building rapport, developing trust and delivering effective technical/industrial solutions to your clients is of paramount importance, so we are looking for an effective people person' who has a passion for industrial products within a technical capacity. You will be given product training and excellent support with this organization.

Candidates from a Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Fluid Transfer or Lubrication Product background will be highly regarded; however, this specific industry knowledge is not essential as long as you have worked with products which fit within the technical or industrial product portfolio. Most importantly, it is essential that you possess and demonstrate excellent technical ability along with a keen attitude to learn and develop your own knowledge with this product range.
