Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing legal activities in the company to support and align with the business directions.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, taking into consideration legal and commercial issues; Construction Contracts, Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Employment Agreements, Investment Agreements, Loan Agreements, etc.
  • Providing accurate and timely legal counsel to commercial and legal issues for related contracts or agreements
  • Handling the negotiation issues of legal or commercial parts in contracts or agreements 
  • Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
  • Applying effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
  • Dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and force
  • Managing company registration documents, daily affairs of Shareholders Meeting and Board of Directors
  • Communicating and coordinating with external lawyers
  • Other tasks assigned by MD


  • Degree or Master Degree of Legal Studies or related field
  • Have experience of studying abroad or overseas working is preferred
  • At least 6 years of experiences in Legal field, role in managerial level of construction/ engineering or investment industry
  • Effective communication both in written and spoken English and Computer Literacy
  • Good knowledge of Thai Law, International Law, Commercial Law and FIDIC Contracts
  • High inter-personal skills & Excellent, negotiation experience
