The Legal Counsel will be responsible for day-to-day legal affairs of the Company and its affiliates (collectively referred to as the “Group”).

 Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare and review contracts and legal documents.
• Perform corporate secretarial duties for the Group, which include preparing documentation for board of directors’ meeting and shareholders’ meeting, and make regulatory filings with the Ministry of Commerce, when required.
• Process regulatory filings and license applications as and when required by the Group.
• Prepare and administer legal documentation in support of all internal departments.
• Monitor of proposed or newly enacted policies, laws, regulations and on-going compliance issues that will impact the business and operations.
• Participate in ad hoc company initiatives / projects as needed.

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a law firm or in a legal department of reputable company
• Good command of English language
• Strong skills in handling government compliance requirements
