Job description

• Drafting and reviewing contracts/ agreements with internal and external parties.
• Perform risk analysis and providing actionable recommendations, work close coordination with other parties and department to ensure that non-standard terms and conditions are properly reviewed and approved in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Providing legal support to various department on issues relating to business, finance, tax, risk and compliance, IP rights, opinions and interpretations of contracts to ensure a cohesive team.
• Extensive interactions with other parties in agreement discussion and negotiations.
• Engaging and coordinating with external lawyers and HQ with respect to the international compliance and law.

General qualification
【Must】

• Male / Female, age 35 year and above.
• Bachelor degree in Law, Business Law or related.
• At least 5 years experience in Legal and Compliance.
• Good command in English.
• Have knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Law, Technology Agreements
